Champéry is a municipality and locality in the Swiss canton of Valais, and is part of the Monthey district. Champéry has 1317 inhabitants (data 2018). The Aigle - Champéry railway line ends in Champéry, making the place accessible by train from the Rhône Valley since 1908. The Vièze river flows through Champéry, which rises just above Champéry and flows into the Rhône near the town of Monthey.
The ski area of Champéry is part of the French-Swiss ski area Portes du Soleil. In summer the area is suitable for hiking and mountain biking.
